Shipping policy

When will we ship your order?

Processing times: Orders will be shipped out 1-3 days after received. Pickup orders will be processed same day or 1 business days later

US Shipping: Orders placed under Standard shipping will be received in 4-5 business days through USPS. Orders placed under Express shipping will be received in 3-4 business days through USPS.

Lost Orders: Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is scheduled to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact USPS for any updates on your package and/or put a claim in. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date.
